Please read the items description before purchasing. Our products are made in limited batches and several items are made-to order.  We cannot accept returns on products that are personalized or customized.  If you are not not satisfied with an item and would like to issue a return, please return it within 7 days of receipt for store credit or a full refund of the purchase price (minus the shipping, handling, and other charges where applicable). Online store credit can be used for up to 6 months.

To start a return, contact us at kat@iownitdesigns.com. We require a return request before sharing instructions. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcel. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if any), and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, do contact us. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: customized or personalized items and sale items.  Please contact us if you have questions or concerns.

Exchanges
The fastest process for an exchange is to return your item, receive notification of the return and make a separate purchase of the new item.  We cannot guarantee an exchange as our items are made in limited supply. If we cannot accommodate an exchange, we will offer store credit to be used within 6 months of purchase.
