FAQ's

When will my order ship? Items that do not require a pre-order will ship within 3-5 days. Some handcrafted items require production and longer shipping times. Please read the descriptions closely. We will update tracking numbers and notify you when your item ships. 

Is there a Return Policy? If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us at kat@iownitdesigns.com to plan a return.  Be sure to include your name and order number in your shipment.  You will be responsible for the shipping cost.  We encourage you to consider a credit or exchange; however, if you prefer a refund, we will issue the refund once your return package arrives. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you may cancel your order before it ships. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now? If you misspelled or auto filled an incorrect address, simply notify us at kat@iownitdesigns.com to confirm your correct address. Typically, we can make changes within 24 hours of your order.
